Funny story about the vest. I actually ordered it about 7 months ago on ebay. However, the seller took SO incredibly long to ship it that I just decided to cancel the order. 7 months later I received a strange package from China, and get this vest in the package.

Weird.

The teeshirt is from amazon.com. I was kind of obsessed with the margiela tees from last season, and decided to get the David Pendfound original.

I also started on my studded bag DIY. My fingers started hurting after a dozen studs, but I'm determined to stud the entire thing. :]

For a store that profits largely from their rhinestone-encrusted tracksuits, bebe has some pretty bitchin shoes. How amazing are those boots?

ps. please excuse the non-outfit posts. I promise they will be awesome when I buy my d40 (which I will be doing promptly after I receive my next paycheck. Yay :] )

Oh, and I'm seriously considering purchasing the nikon d40. Better quality pictures yay :] Any d40 users out there? Should I be getting any special lenses? I'm kind of new to photography and all.

What I'm wearing this season: Givenchy ss09

Loved the ss09 givenchy collection. Though I could do without those denim/lame leggings, the rest of the collection was disgustingly perfect. Such a refreshing take on menswear, and don't get me started on those shoes. Tisci also somehow make bow headbands look chic and relevant again.

Definitely venturing off to the thrift store during lunch tomorrow to search for a tuxedo jacket. I'm also really tempted to buy a wholesale lot of studs so I can start studding everything in possession (especially white button downs).

The french always do it right

Must buy myself a pair of nice waxed zipper jeans (because these thighs will never fit into anything leather. hah). Ms. Alt has also regained my faith in the humble black ballet flat, which I must look into the next time I go shopping.

Girl meets boy

My new shoes for the season: Tough lace-up biker boots and over-the-knee leather boots (which will have it's debut on this blog soon).





These boots are sooo comfortable. They have these cushioned insoles, which make them pretty much perfect. I just wish I didn't order them narrow, but I was too lazy/excited to return them.

Note: The vest is actually black in real life, but somehow it looked maroon in the pictures
